Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 3-5 business days to distribution. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Include any other relevant information at the beginning, such as potential delays due to a large volume of orders or postal service issues that are beyond your control.

Delivery rates and estimates

For calculated shipping charges: Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed upon payment.For simple flat rate shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping of 29.00$ to [USA].

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number that you can use to verify its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@liquidhelpenergy.com with your order name and number, and we will review it for you.

If your order is damaged in any way, please send us an email as soon as possible to info@liquidhelpenergy.com with your order number and a photo with the status of the item. We address these cases on a case-by-case basis, but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
